Hi. Is there a 100% Secure way and 0% fee way to transfer Google Play Balance over to Paypal?
Ive recently bought some google play credit on some site for cheap, but now i got 4,90 euros of google play credit in my google play balance, how can i exchange this to paypal without any KYC, im in the Netherlands currently.

I have money in my Google Play account and would like to transfer it to my wife. Is that possible?

Any ideas on how I can turn some of by Google Play balance that's about to expire into cash? Any apps that allow for in app purchases that can be converted to cash?
There isn't an easy to do this, but if you really, really want to do this, you could try to write a shitty android app and buy it yourself. You'd lose some money to Google, and its a lot more trouble than its worth, but if you really want to convert it to cash, that method works.

Transaction fees
For applications and in-app products that you sell on Google Play, the transaction fee is equivalent to 30% of the price.
You receive 70% of the payment. The remaining 30% goes to the distribution partner and operating fees.
