Good day. I have a problem I would like to receive help. I have recently looked a video on how to transfer money from Google Play to Paypal (in which, to do so, I need to have an apple device). I own an Ipad Pro (latest version), but cannot find Google Opinion Rewards. When I find on the internet the link to access to the download page of the app store, the screen goes white. What do I do?

I have money in my Google Play account and would like to transfer it to my wife. Is that possible?

Any ideas on how I can turn some of by Google Play balance that's about to expire into cash? Any apps that allow for in app purchases that can be converted to cash?
There isn't an easy to do this, but if you really, really want to do this, you could try to write a shitty android app and buy it yourself. You'd lose some money to Google, and its a lot more trouble than its worth, but if you really want to convert it to cash, that method works.
Edit: After some research, I found this:
Transaction fees
For applications and in-app products that you sell on Google Play, the transaction fee is equivalent to 30% of the price.
You receive 70% of the payment. The remaining 30% goes to the distribution partner and operating fees.
