They seem to be a lot cheaper than the bigger company's(royal mail etc) they use USPS I believe. Since brexit I haven't sent anything outside of UK, I don't what myself or the buyer to be charged big fees. The item is a pair of shoes worth £100 ish. Any help is appreciated

January 22, 2024 - I have spent many hours and countless emails communicating with transglobal and it is clear they have no intention of resolving this issue. Excuse after excuse. Many times I was told that the item would go out for delivery but that never happened. Even worse when I asked for compensation and to be reimbursed for the lost item in on of the emails I receive the following response: "we can review this for compensation once this has been delivered.”
