I was in Fairfax for work and staying in the Mosaic District. From the outside, this place looked great...and when I went in for dinner, it did not fail. I had the Grilled Grass-Fed Tenderloin (cooked medium) with cheesy mashed potatoes, king trumpet mushrooms, roasted carrots and yellow squash, charred onions, peppercorn sauce. It was perfect...and Julia, the server at the bar area, was excellent. KUDOS to the entire True Food Kitchen team.
