It sounds like your best option is going to be to just wait on hold as much as you can. Do they have any online options like a chat or email system that you can access outside of your account? I would be doing all three. Ultimately it's still your responsibility to make the payment on time... even if it is difficult to get through to them for a new password. And it's never really too late to find a good password manager. More on reddit.com

March 21, 2022Finished paying for my car financed through Truist bank. Does anyone know if they will be mailing the title to me or if I need to pick it up from the dmv? They conveniently locked me out of my account after i made my last payment. thanks
Every car I've paid off, various banks but not truist, have always mailed the title to me. Might take a few weeks though. More on reddit.com
