Wall mounting a 75” frame tv. Would like a tv cabinet/stand/storage beneath it. We have a long wall that it’ll be on (the loft). Any recommendations for a tv stand set up? We will need to do a bookshelf type thing on the left hand side of the tv or there will be too much dead space.

May 25, 2023 - Previously (like a decade ago) I have kept a 40 inch TV on an Amazon box stuffed with smaller cardboard boxes and other fillers for a month - so I guess kallax should make it through. Its built better than amazon boxes and lack i guess. Just make sure there is an inch or two buffer space from each end of the feet of your stand to prevent any accidental toppling.

The problem you may have with the Brimmes is the open shelves are pretty much useless for any AVR other than perhaps the slim Marantz and to small for most center channels as well. If that is not a concern then it's a nicer option.

I have a custom configured 70” wide Besta, 26” tall, with a 77” LG C1 on it and it’s perfect. Middle compartment has a shelf halfway up, with my center channel on that shelf (angled slightly upward with some speaker wedges). Below is my AVR with plenty of room to breathe. Left and right sections have doors covering the bottom 2/3, with 2 shelves of blu rays behind. Top 1/3 of the left and right is left open for blu ray player, Apple TV, and controllers/remotes/etc. The TV is at a perfect height as well.
