I ordered a TV online from Costco and once I setup it up on my wall mount, I turned it on and saw in horror that the LCD panel but not the outside glass was busted.
There was no damage on the box and I handled it gently while mounting it so I have no idea where and when it was broken.
I called customer service last night and they were very quick to send me a return shipping label and already shipped a new tv.
With so much negativity online these day I thought I'd share this experience.

98in TV, bought the $300 wall Mount. The idiots at handy, what can I say? I’m over it. Do your self a favor and just look for your own professional.
