I am looking to purchase an adjustable bed and although they are expensive I’ve found some that I would consider thru Costco. Have folks generally had good experiences buying beds from Costco?
I'm interested in an adjustable bed frame with the main priorities being warranty, customer service, and ease of installation. Costco has an adjustable bed frame that is about half price as competitors but besides the costco website reviews (which are highly positive and do not seem fake) i cant find much out there. I dont think those snazzy ratings review websites are given free merchandise or affiliate comissions by costco so they probably just dont bother.
Pros:
-cheap ($800 for King)
-10 year warranty
-With costco you can return anything for any reason reason at all, and usually reach a human by phone fairly easily
Cons:
-Simple feature set
-King is actually a split king that is joined together
Can anyone comment if having a split king that is joined together is bad somehow? It has a bar/cable system that connects the two sides. Or all they all like this under the hood? My mattress is not a split.

Hi, I know this is r/Mattress but I'd appreciate feedback on the Member's Mark Luxury Adjustable base vs the Sleep Science Q series bases. While I'd love to buy the best, top of the line everything, it's just not feasible right now for us. Sleep profiles--
53, 5'3", 135#, side & back sleeper currently sleeping on old Serta with SOL 3" latex topper
53, 5', 6", 250#, back pain, currently sleeps in recliner, back sleeper
Budget for both bases and mattresses is $2500, might be able to stretch it to $3000.
We are getting split king adjustable bases. He likes firm so will be getting a firm mattress for him and medium or plush for me. Haven't nailed down brands yet-- and though i would LOVE an OMF Latex mattress, it's not in the budget right now so am looking at just getting a conventional mattress with the beds from Sam's or Costco. Just do NOT want hot memory foam.
I know that most adjustable beds are made by a handful of manufacturers but I'd appreciate feed back :-).
Thanks!
**Edited to add-- my husband is an OTR Truck Driver and is only home a couple nights a week usually so his bed won't get regular use.
