Sadly, there are a lot of judgmental posts in here. First off, one of them is noticeably autistic and is dealing with delayed development issues. He is not yet able to live on his own. When he is ready, he may choose to do so, and we will do everything in our power to make it happen. Second, like in most of the rest of the world, multiple generations living together can be a choice made willingly by adults. It is just like having a roommate, except that you already know what you're getting into. It allows adults to share expenses and enjoy a better standard of living, ongoing companionship, and so forth. In today's economy, it's often a smart choice. Constantly suggesting that it's some sort of failure on the part of the parents or means that the (adult) kids are just slackers isn't helpful, accurate, or meaningful.
