To receive the FC 24 Prime Gaming rewards, you must link your EA and Amazon Prime accounts. Then, you need to claim the pack that will be available under [My Packs] in the UT Store.

This special FC 24 offer includes 12 Prime Gaming reward packs, one per month over 12 months. Usually, the monthly reward is out on the third Monday of the month.

You are only allowed to unlink your accounts one time within six months. An EA account can only be linked to one Amazon Prime account in its lifetime. Content will be available only on the first platform you log into with your linked EA account. If you accidentally linked the wrong EA account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the FC 24 offer, follow these steps:

1. Open your internet browser and go to your EA profile;
2. Use your EA credentials to log in and select [EA Account and Billing] on the bottom-left corner;
3. Select [Connections];
4. Click [Unlink] next to ‘Amazon’.

Once your accounts are unlinked, visit the page again to link the correct EA account to your Amazon Prime account or link the correct EA account here. Please ensure that you are NOT logged into any other accounts simultaneously in the same browser. For the best results, complete the process in “private browsing” or “incognito” mode.
