Does the type of cooling matter when building a high end PC?
Types of cooling system?
Currently XMG/Eluktronic 16/17 inch laptop has watercooling design that helps to maintain high end 13th gen intel HX series CPU+Nvidia 4080/4090 GPU under limit temperature very well. Problem is the watercooling setup makes your laptop more like a stationary desktop and you'll have to drain the waterloop every time you unplug trying to carry around for work/travel. Other type is the casual vapor chamber/heat pipe design, people usually buy cooling pads to help improve the air flow. The problem with this is your unit won't cool down as fast like the watercooling system and things can get really loud and annoying.

When your building a PC, there are a couple of different cooling methods, with the biggest two being fans and AIO liquid. If you're building a PC within the $800-$1200 range, cooling doesn't necessarily matter too much. However, as you move into the pricey side of building a PC, a $5000 PCs choice cooling becomes more important.
So should you stick with AIO, opt for something else, fans? other?
