I am buying a laptop and I'll be using it for designing engineering models, running simulations and mathematical models. I know that H processor like i7-8550H is the best option but they are out of my range. Will the U processors work fine for me? I have no idea, what I mean is will the U processor be able to handle the pressure? Will it run properly? Will it overheat to easily?
what does the Letter "X, G, U, H & HS" Mean on a Ryzen Processor?
Can't decide between Intel H processors and G processors

I am thinking of buying a Laptop for the first time and I have not much information about the PC market and I felt that Ryzen's doing a better job then Intel so I am thinking of buying a laptop with Ryzen Processor
Are G processors really that much better in battery life compared to H, also what is the best gauge of performance, should i look at turbo boost frequency or base frequency
Currently considering three laptops one with AMD 5800h, one with intel 1135g7 and one with 11300h
apart from the processors capability, i am not looking for anything
