Repairing it doesn't make economic sense. Apple would charge $329 for the repair, and you'd end up with a device worth about $200-250. A third party might charge less for the labor, but the parts might be hard to find or non-OEM. You could buy a kit for $40-$50 and try to fix it yourself, but it's not easy. I'd just replace it with a newer device that will be supported for a long time.

Last I checked it starts @149 but varies by area and corporate or non corporate. Any store you call will give you a price over the phone. Note if Face ID is broken only an OEM screen has a chance of fixing it if the module is damaged and that’s significantly more.

Alejandra, I'm in the US and my grandchildren both have iPhone X's, so I've done several screen replacements. Lately I've been paying about $35 USD for a soft OLED replacement screen, which on the last one included the precut adhesive sheet, tools and a screen protector. Just be very careful removing the earpiece speaker assembly from the old screen, but otherwise it's not too bad of a repair as phone fixes go. A hair dryer will work fine to heat the screen adhesive, but you're on your own for finding a suction cup, lol.
