Does they serve different purposes? I want to charge my surface tablet and also my computer HP

Supported fast charging protocols: PPS/PD3.0/PD2.0, QC4+/QC4.0/Qc3.0/QC2.0, AFC, FCP/sCP/sFCP PE2.0/PE1.1, BC1.2
claims to use Power Integrations SC1933C - also used by some GaN-based PD chargers that don't use the Navitas GaNFast platform
no detailed breakdown of power splits with multiple ports
Now, the problem with this charger, besides the fact that no Ugreen product exists on the USB-IF database (unlikely even, given that it supports so many proprietary fast charging protocols)... in the Amazon page's description, Ugreen claimed
Safe and Reliable Charging with Multi-Protection:
UL certified wall charger with built-in multi charging protection chips protects your charging device from over-voltage, over-heating, short-circuiting
Apparently they're lying. One Amazon Vine reviewer posted a picture of this 65W charger's electrical information - and there are no UL/ETL logo or markings. Another wrote that no such entry exists on the UL database for this charger.
Did anyone ever warn this sub against ugreen? Once or twice?

TBH I have not faced any problems with products from Ugreen. They are quality made at par with Satechi and Anker in most cases. Granted I never used the product you mention above.
Has anyone reached out to them to clarify?

is it worth it for iphones.
Let's see if they can help me with doubt, people. I understand that on this charger, when you connect more devices, the watts are distributed. It happens that my phone accepts 25 watts of fast charging, but no matter how much I connect two devices, the "super fast" charging of my phone is disabled. I don't understand why, in theory, it distributes more than 25 watts.

The USB PD PPS functionality of the charger is likely not advertised when multiple devices are connected.
I noticed this aswell. It's probably a limitation of the ugreen chargers because samsung super fast charging is properitary and not usb PD, so it falls back to standard usb c power if more than one device is connected. But 15w charging on 3 devices still is pretty fast.
I was about to buy a UGREEN Nexode GaN 65W but then i've noticed people saying that:
-Dies in a few months
-Gets extremely hot, like 100C (Not sure if Fahrenheit or Celsius) and stops charging after 20-30 minutes
-Not sure if it'd also hurt the phone's battery too
So i had to cancel my order
I'm looking for a better and safer alternative. Many people mentions ANKER but never tried that brand, unless there are other brands out there that can be bought on Amazon Spain and are also good, etc
Purposes:
-SAMSUNG Galaxy S23+
-SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra
-iPod Classic (I know it's USB A but.. If possible, the device should be able to charge just the iPod without anything else connected to it. I own a travel UGREEN with different wall plugs and just plugging the iPod wouldn't charge it but if i connected the iPod and my S23+ it'd charge the iPod. I don't get it!)
It must have:
-65 or more watts
-2 USB C ports
-1 USB A port that, again, can charge the iPod when it's the only device connected to the charger
-If possible, the same size as my SAMSUNG 45W wall charger (about 3cm width from the area where you connect the USB C cable from left to right, not bottom to top. You know what i mean. Thinness so other plugs can be connected to the sides of the device in a diagonal position))
-No overheating, both the charger and the devices to prevent battery damage
Thanks in advance!
I am from Singapore. I Bought the Ugreen 65W GaN 4 port Charger last year in October 2021 via shopee.
The initial issue I had was the one of the USB-C ports was not working. I sent video proof to the seller and he requested that I destroy my partially functioning charger and then he would send a replacement.
I destroyed the GaN charger at his request and he sent a replacement. However, the replacement GaN charger was completely dead on arrival.
I messaged the seller and after sending him video proof, he asked me to request a refund from the platform (shopee). But its almost one year already and the money has definitely been released to the seller.
What should I do or does anyone know how to repair a GaN charger?
Hi everyone. So I've already bought the Ugreen 65w charger as I'd need a charger when I travel this December to asia. However while I was scrolling through Amazon's Black Friday deals, I found this Belkin 70w charger for cheaper and slightly higher wattage. Should I return UGreen and buy Belkin? or just keep the UGreen?
(I bought the UGreen charger directly from the online site so return would be a bit of a hassle but I don't really mind.)
Ugreen Nexode 65W 3-in-1 fast charger
So I am concerned about smth regarding newly bought charger (on the image - Ugreen Nexode 65W 3-in-1 fast charger), The thing is that alike on review videos of other guys, this thing switches charge mode several times when connected to the phone:
-
Connecting USB-A QC3 to the phone;
-
Phone shows common charging (no QC or anything);
-
Few seconds after - it shows QC charging mode;
-
Again few seconds after - it disconnects QC mode and shows common charging;
-
Again few seconds later - connects QC again and it stays until you disconnect the charger.
I tried it with several usb cables and several phones, also tried those usb-c ports (both QC and PD are supported).
So is this OK behavior for this charger or should I be concerned about it may be malfunctioning?

They seem to be pretty much the same, so do anyone have an idea of what explains the 10€/10$ difference?
So I have a UGREEN Nexode X GaN 65W charger and when I charge a device that supports 65W charge, the charger gets hot and then it limits the charge to 25W.
Is it normal ?
Just sharing this as I recently found out about it.
My laptop was running low in battery and it had a software program that can tell if it was being charged at what speed. I plugged the ugreen uno v2 charger 65w with 3 ports (2 usbc and 1 usba). I'm aware that charging t2 usbc cables will divide the charging wattage to 45w and 20w respectively. I plugged an anker usbc to charge my laptop and an original apple usbc to lightning. I didn't plug the lightning port to anything. My laptop shows 45w charging. I unplugged the apple cable and refreshed the screen. it now shows 60w (laptop is an ultrabook)
I previously had an experience where in the same type of cable from apple would drain a powerbank as long as it is plugged in but not in use.
experiment 2: plugged in a ugreen thunderbolt cable instead of the apple cable and it did not affect the charging speed of the 1st port (still at 60w).
I don't have any ugreen/anker usbc to lightning cable so I can't confirm if only apple branded cables do this (make the charger think there is a device on the other end).
hmm... anyways curious to know if anyone else here had experimented more on this.
So I connect 3 things to my GaN charger, a 5w watch 4 charger, 15W Samsung wireless charger and S22U which charges max @ 45W.
the problem is my phone charging speed is dropping whenever wireless charger is connected, even though it's not in use.
This is frustrating as there is noticeable charging time between fast charging and superfast charging on my smartphone.
even after removing 5w watch charger it's the same. why is this happening when overall charging capacity is below rated 65W for charger?
edit: It shows super fast charging when I connect but immediately drops to fast charging.
So i am thinking of buying the ugreen GI collab products… are the wires, powebank and the 65w charger worth it?
I picked up this UGreen Nexode 65W charger from Amazon. https://amzn.eu/d/75HGZmj
It’s PD3.0 compatible, and will apparently charge at 65W at 5V, 9V, 12V or 15V @ up to 3A.
When I plug it into my daughter’s newish Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, it charges ok but then cuts out after a few mins, then restarts. I only noticed as the pad pings when charging stops, and I noticed it doing it repeatedly.
I plugged my usb monitor in and was surprised to see the voltage staying at 8-9V but the current increasing up to about 4.6-4.7A, well above what the specification says. So I presume it is the charger or the pad’s over current protection repeatedly kicking in.
Why would it stick to 9V only and not negotiate a higher voltage? The Xiaomi pad 7 Pro is PD3.0 compliant, and can apparently charge at up to 67W.
Using a new UGreen 100W usb c cable.
Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
Hi all,
I am looking for a multiport wall charger to replace my current UGREEN 3c1a, with following specs:
- EU plug and can be easily bought in the EU (preferably in the NL)
- 65w or above
- At least 2 (preferably 3) USB-C ports
- Preferably not resetting all ports when connecting/disconnecting (Or at least when I am charging my Apple Watch, it will not make the other ports almost not usable)
- When I am connecting a laptop (a 14 inch Macbook pro, or sometimes a 15 inch 2017 macbook pro), the other port can be used for some low-power devices (say an Apple Watch)
- (Not sure if it exists for EU plug) foldable plug
Let me explain more just in case I miss some specs
So currently I am using the UGREEN 65w charger near my bed to charge my Apple Watch, iPad and sometimes a laptop, also I bring it as an all-round charger when traveling, and when traveling it is also used to charge my action camera/camera, etc.
Currently this UGREEN is very annoyed to use for common-known reason, resetting. It happened to me a few times when I was charging both my girlfriend's and my Apple Watch as well my iPad, after a night it turned out only one watch is fully charged. It loos like when an Apple watch is fully charged, it will connect/disconnect continuously, I am not sure if the problem of this charger. I can accept the charger reset itself but not constantly like what I encountered.
I also own an Anker 65w 2c charger, which doesn't reset when connecting/disconnecting. However for this charger if both ports are connected, it will be split into 30w/30w and it's not sufficient to power a laptop..
Thanks in advance!
I have ugreen 65w
When my phone is the only thing plugged in, it charges at Super Fast Charge ( not Super Fast Charge 2.0 ) and if there is any other device using the charger (even if it is a small device like buds) it charges at Fast Charge only
Hey soon i am going to buy the xiaomi 11t pro which supports 120w, and i want to buy a decent charger for it because i need multiple ports. I know it comes with a charger but like i said i want multiple ports. So i thought about this:
US $36.99 40%OFF | UGREEN 65W GaN Charger Quick Charge 4.0 3.0 Type C PD USB Charger for iPhone 12 13 Pro Max Fast Charger For Laptop PD Charger https://a.aliexpress.com/_uRi0vZ
65w sounds enough for me, and it looks pretty small one. And the price is decent compare to others.
Is it safe to use it long term?
Need your suggestion, well if not these you can suggest me other brands also.
