But if you want to protect your shapewear or you just feel better wearing underwear, adding a lightweight cheeky panty or a thong is a great choice.

For high-waisted underwear styles, we suggest measuring your waist size at the smallest point of the waist—above the hips. Then, reference our size guide to match the size that best corresponds with your measurements. For mid-rise and low-rise underwear styles, we suggest taking your hip measurement at the widest point of your hips—above your thighs.
