I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?

im having the same problem right now. day 3 of my package being "out for delivery" and ive been on hold with the company for 45 minutes now. this entire company is so shady and weird like i just want my package.

I had the exact same problem..uni uni is the absolute worst company I've ever seen. The tracking is all over the place.I order thing from AliExpress all the time, and my last 3 orders were picked up by uni uni once it got to customs. I don't know how they are Intercepting things when USPS is wayyyyyyy better. But shockingly one of the tickets got answered by customer service. I think the drivers they hire are next level porch pirates .

I noticed today about half the orders have been sent via Uni Express. Normally I get a tracking number that final delivery is by USPS.
I have had issues with Piggyship (package not delivered) and thankfully it seemed AliExpress stopped using them.
However, this UniExpress is new and never heard of it.
I am in the United States. (Arizona to be specific) Anyone have experience with it? Is it one of those delivery companies that is like Piggyship?

UniUni is a shitty Canadian operation. In the US, see if your local UPS store offers mailboxes.

First time experience with this carrier and it's been awful. 1st time package was "delivered" and I received a picture of the package on the ground beside my mailbox and my mailbox is several hundred feet away from my home. I complained to the company and Uniexpress and the company sent the package for the second time. Today I received same as before, package left at mailbox, but no package was ever located. I finally got in touch with customer service after being on hold for over 30 mins the customer service rep who answered the phone sounded like she had just woken up. The package I ordered were personalized blankets for my grandchildren so disappointed I never received them. Commenting here to make you all aware to avoid Uniexpress at all cost! I order from Temu and Shein all the time with no delivery issues and items are delivered through USPS.

So I purchased something and it was going to be delivered by UniUni. I was home for the entire day and nobody knocked on my door that whole time. Then I got messaged that my item was delivered and signed for about 6 minutes ago, I check the proof of it being delivered and it was at my door in the photo. I open my door and it's not there.
Now it has been 6 days and UniUni customer service doesn't answer any of my emails/tickets, they put on their stupid elevator music for an hour before they hang up whenever I call them (I've called them 6 times now and waited 3 hours in total). I'm genuinely starting to be gaslit into thinking this shipping company never existed.

They use private citizens using their own vehicles to deliver the packages. I have gad a couple of packages delivered by them

I got scammed 2 times out of 3 by them. They always flag it as delivered. Never answered. The one time I did receive it they throw it in 5 inch snow bank while in a snow storm. (They missed their throw from the road). I only discovered it in spring... I know it isn't steal from my neighborhood because they were also Amazon packages in the mix often. There, all day long and always there when I grab it! Start the process of refund (that will auto decline on AliExpress), then contact your credit card to ask to be refund for no delivery and give them everything you have (including attempt at contacting UniUni). You probably used a 3rd party app to find it was them? AliExpress did never give me any information about that except to "contact my local post" even with all the proof they were not handling it.

It's been out for delivery since last night at 7 pm it said on their website that it was estimated to come on Thursday which is today nothing yet. I found it a bit odd that it went out for delivery last night at 7 pm when it's supposed to be estimated for delivery today. It's the UNI express (Montreal Branch). Has anybody had a similar experience?

That just mean it going from your country customs to your local delivery service or is travelling between logistic centers in your country. Aliexpress is not very good with translations due to certain words in China translate into several different English words. I sometimes get "Out for Delivery" two or three time in between other tracking status before item is actual delivered. Your best option is to call your local post office or logistic service (yours is UNI Express yes?) and they will let you know.
