Will I ever get this package??? I’ve been hung up on by every customer service agent I’ve managed to get ahold of except for one. My address was never incorrect, I gave explicit instructions on how to find my unit. I asked for a call or text when the driver was here so it’s be even easier to deliver. No one has knocked on my door at all, there’s never been an attempt to delivery anything. I’m literally ready to rip my hair out.

Does UniUni have a live chat?
No live chat exists; users on Reddit note the chatbot handles basic queries like ETAs but struggles with complex issues.
How do I update my delivery information with UniUni?
Submit a ticket at uniuni.com/support with your tracking number and new details (e.g., gate code). Call to confirm changes, as emails may take 24-48 hours.
How do I contact UniUni customer service?
Call US Pacific/Mountain at 1-424-284-2432 or Central/Eastern at 1-315-533-4690; Canada Pacific/Mountain at 1-604-229-2007 or Central/Eastern/Atlantic at 1-647-360-4178 (10 a.m.–9 p.m. EST). Email [email protected] or submit a ticket at uniuni.com/support.
So I purchased something and it was going to be delivered by UniUni. I was home for the entire day and nobody knocked on my door that whole time. Then I got messaged that my item was delivered and signed for about 6 minutes ago, I check the proof of it being delivered and it was at my door in the photo. I open my door and it's not there.
Now it has been 6 days and UniUni customer service doesn't answer any of my emails/tickets, they put on their stupid elevator music for an hour before they hang up whenever I call them (I've called them 6 times now and waited 3 hours in total). I'm genuinely starting to be gaslit into thinking this shipping company never existed.
i ordered a few things from yesstyle last month (3/22), got my tracking number and shipping invoice within the week. last week, i got update that the package was in the US and the courier was uniuni, who i have no experience with (all my previous yesstyle orders have been delivered via DHL).
my package was marked as “out for delivery” around 1pm yesterday and never showed up - then, today, it says there was a “failed delivery” around 4:30 (i wasn’t home at the time, so no idea if they actually showed up or not). there’s no time frame for when they plan to deliver again - uniuni support says they try again 24 hours later, then 48 hours later, and if neither of those deliveries work, the package gets sent back to the warehouse. my email from yesstyle mentioning the failed delivery says “please contact courier for delivery arrangement” with no information on how to do that.
for additional info, i live in a major city, in an apartment building with a front door that leads out onto a busy street, so most couriers refuse to leave packages outside the door and instead spam our doorbell/have even texted and called my personal phone number (even though we don’t really experience theft, thanks to living above a business with security cameras). i won’t be home at 4:30 tomorrow or the day after, so if they attempt to deliver at those times … it’ll likely be another failed delivery.
if anyone has experience with uniuni/failed deliveries, i’d love to know - if they actually tried to redeliver, if/how you were able to contact them, anything. i would love to not get the runaround from them but all talk i’ve seen about them delivering for aliexpress/temu/tiktok is overwhelmingly negative … but i haven’t found anyone who’s had their yesstyle order delivered by them. anything helps!
UPDATE: thanks for your responses!! there was no attempt to deliver on monday (24 hours after the first failed delivery) but they delivered today (48 hours after) around 1:30 and my roommate was able to give the delivery man access to the building, so all worked out!
Their tracking number shows delivery and they even have a photo of the box at my doorstep, but nothing was there when I opened the door (I was home at the time of delivery and checked outside as soon as I got the notification). I'm assuming the driver took my package back for whatever reason since I don't have neighbors/potential porch pirates nearby. I contacted the seller who told me to open a claim with USPS even though that's not the right courier. They've stopped responding in chat since. UniUni has yet to respond to either of my two tickets. What should I do next?
I am thinking of creating a chatbot for my university, so students can ask questions related to admissions, PYQs, timetables, events, and more. I have researched a bit and thought of fine tuning a pre-trained model on university data and creating agents for real-time data like events, exam timetables, and more. But I need advice on things I should consider before starting work on it. I am new to LLMs and AI/ML but have decent experience in creating and deploying a working apps.
I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?
2022 Edit: some newer bots found here —> https://www.reddit.com/r/SGExams/comments/v1nta0/university_telegram_bots_for_random_convos_w/
Hey everyone!
With COVID-19 measures reducing opportunities to interact with cohort mates in university (which matters a lot esp to incoming freshmen), I’ve launched uni-specific telegram bots that match you with another student to start a convo (these chats are anonymous and occurs within the bot which acts as the “middle man”). You can exchange contacts, but do make sure to be cautious and stay safe! The bot has a ‘report’ feature and you can disable pics from being sent as well!
Just head to your uni’s bot and type /start ! (And you’ll match with whoever types /start as well!) Chat can be ended with the /end command (and you can match with a new user again).

NTU: @ntuchatbot
SMU: @smuchatbot
SUSS: @susschatbot
SUTD and SIT: @SUTDxSITbot I’ve merged both SUTD & SIT into a single bot for now (until userbase is large enough)—do intro your school at the start of every convo tho!

Haha as the bot’s in its infancy, there may be some waiting time until the user base gets big enough! Do share this with your friends! :)
P.S. As this is not for profit (and is of the same nature as the various uni group chats shared!) I assume this abides by rule 5!
Once the user base is big enough, there will be the option of matching based on faculty/major!
I hope y’all find the bots helpful!
Paiseh if there are any glitches along the way though!
**EDIT: Any abuse of the platform will lead to permanent across all bots! Anything illegal committed will be reported to the police.
Haha I’ll have to shut down the platform if it gets out of control—let’s prove that it’s possible for such a platform to work! While messages are anonymous, I can derive your user ID when someone reports you (and they will have the conversation stored on their end in their device as evidence).**
Also, I’ll be an incoming freshman at NUS CHS! If any of you see me can also say hi! HAHA
NUS CHS
P.S. if you’re heading to NUS CHS, you can head to this group chat too! @nuschs

Hey everyone! I need some advise on creating a conversational chatbot for my University as my Final Year Project (FYP).
2024 will be last year for my BSCS degree and we have to build an application or something in the last year. So, I thought of creating a chatbot (just like GPT) to help students (who have admission queries). Most of the time, students or parents will have to call University for various questions and then they have to wait to ACTUALLY talk to the admins office people.
Now, talking in terms of coding/programming, I have created a basic PDFbot by using LLama2, Huggingface and Pinecone. Its very very easy and yes its fairly inaccurate too. The PDF that I am using rn will be replaced by the dataset that I gather in order to create the bot for my Uni, but it will also be inaccurate as this one. Also, the chatbot that I have made is just based on this one function called "similarity_search()" and I am literally passing query of the user to this function which then tries to find the most relevant answer by the embeddings from knowledge base.
How do I make this accurate? I know using the OpenAI model will make it accurate, but its paid as well, idk how will I manage to do that. Plus, i reckon there will be a simple function there too which doesn't make me a good programmer I think. I really want to do something good and unique for once. I have dreamt about leaving back something in my Uni that has my name over it. Can I do something where I get to make a mini-language model or something like that? Will it be too complex for me to handle? (I consider myself a beginner to this programming world)
1- I am planning to create a dynamic dataset which will also include any event that's going to happen in our University.
2- I am also planning to make the chatbot intelligent enough to consult confused students.
3- Chatbot will also include information about each and every faculty member. Their qualifications, research papers and other info in general.
It would be a relief if any of the experts give me a roadmap on this, it will be genuinely a stress relief for me. I am trying to get done with at least 70% of the work before the start of the next year so that I don't have to work much in the next year.
