I sent a support ticket for a package that said delivered to front door, but I never received. The photo he uploaded as proof, was of his hand holding the package in his car. Uni uni got back to me with this email my address is in Tucson Arizona and is clearly typed on the label of the package. 🤦🏾♀️ Uni uni is the worst delivery company ever. The drivers are obviously keeping customers packages, and uploading pictures from anywhere they want.
I replied to this email and still waiting for their response, hopefully they feel stupid sending me those pictures proof.🤣

There are a few problems with UniUni's delivery. It's all gig workers like Uber, so their workers have no real training or supervision. Gig workers paid per package, ~$1-2 per package. So, they have no incentive to properly deliver anything, just work through their route as fast as possible. If one delivery takes an extra 2 minutes, the driver just skips it or writes "wrong address" and moves on. Remember, they're using their own car and their own gas money so they don't want to leave their car idling for an extra 90 seconds. For your situation, UniUni does not have a warehouse in Tucson, Arizona. So, the drivers have to spend a lot of their day not delivering any packages and not making any money. Once they start delivering packages, it's just a complete free for all to get as many deliveries as possible. They're not going to deliver packages like a normal company. I've been having the same type of problem and that's what I've figured out. My advice is to call their customer service line immediately at 7am. That's the only way I've ever gotten them to respond at all.

Yea, UniUni is absolutely the worst! Their support tickets dont actually get created, their live chat never connects you to a real person and calling them just puts you on an endless loop in their menu system. There is also no email option for help. Definitely the worst company I have ever tried to get help from.
