I’m interested to hear in others experiences with the company UniUni. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered 24 hours ago and soon as I received the e-mail that it was out for delivery by this company “UniUni” I’ve never heard of - I saw a red flag. Looks like it’s a Canadian based company? But maybe it’s actually Chinese? There’s an app to track your package but it’s only available via iOS if you’re in Canada.
I bought some items from a company without realizing it was a Chinese company. The shipping understandably took forever but now it’s in LA and I have no idea when it’s arriving. I already reached out to UniUni and opened a ticket to get some information…so who knows how long that’ll take. The only info I’ve seen out there about this delivery company is only based on shipping to Canada.
Any US experiences here?

Same issue for me. I had 4 failed delivery notifications but I was home all day and no one ever came or tried to contact me. I never sent in a support ticket and made sure my address and phone number were correct. Whenever we call customer service I get a few seconds of gold music, then silence and no agent ever comes on.

My yesstyle order is using uniuni and I can’t say it’s been good so far. Some issues could be yesstyle and related to tarrifs but i got zero updates for about 2 weeks from when it was shipped to now going through customs in LA. It’s been sitting there for a few days as well. It’s my first time using it (didn’t have a choice) and honestly wasn’t expecting it to be quite this long, especially since I’m used to DHL which has always been good to me. More on reddit.com
