I had submitted my CSS profile to Upenn on January 10th but it still says required on my Penn Financial Aid Portal. What should I do about this?

I even contacted them 6 days ago but received no reply.

Their financial aid office is the laziest one out of all I've encountered. They never reply, ever.

Bestie it's fine. I turned in mine on the 13th and only had that reflected on my portal on 20th. Most probably, they have received it but haven't gotten around to updating your portal. As long as you have the receipt from CSS Profile about the Profile being submitted to UPenn, it's fine.
