Looks like they misloaded it in Clemsford, the location scans are physical scans the others are derived scans on the outer container the package was in

I bought something and paid extra for it to be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. However the delivery date has come and gone and the tracking still says Label Created.
I contacted the shipper which is a large online retailer and they claim the order has already left the warehouse?
Is this true or are they lying? I'd assume 2nd Day Air would have better tracking than Ground. What are the chances that the package is lost? Apparently the sender has initiated a claim with UPS.

while I wouldn't call them a liar, ups literally scan everything that the driver picks up. Call corporate and tell them what's going on. They'll give you more help than we can. I'd also get the extra money back from that company obviously since either they lost it and are lying to you, or they charged you for a service that never happened.
