No it's not free! I'm assuming you are talking about the UPS Store. They are franchise locations that are not run by UPS. They will charge you an arm and a leg for materials and to pack it for you. The Amazon item I'm returning is requiring me to pack it myself. I didn't keep the original box so I guess I'm gonna have to pay for one at UPS, just curious how much I should expect to pay... Item weight is 4lb and product dimensions are 28.5 x 22.5 x 23 inches.
