Everytime I call they can't get my phone # or email address correct even though they correctly sent me an email to pay the absurd custom/brokerage fees. Fees that cost me more then the items were worth. Fees they are supposedly reducing but who knows because I can't understand what they are really saying. A chat feature would be very helpful.
So delivery driver lied and claimed attempted delivery with no answer. I was there all day (Thursday). This is an important package that I needed asap. Sprung for the fast shipping etc.
Soon as I noticed the tracking update I called UPS customer service. Was told it would be delivered that evening before 7. Not delivered.
Called them back. Was told it would be delivered before 12 the next day. No delivery. Called back and was told delivered by 4:20pm
4:20pm. No delivery. Called back and was told delivered by 7.
7pm. No delivery. Called back, finally got annoyed enough to ask for a manager. After half an hour on hold, was finally told delivery would now be Tuesday because of the holiday here.
This is just horrendous and all because the driver lied. I understand they are busy but two days to deliver and nothing is unacceptable.
I want to lodge a formal complaint but can't find where I can do this on the website.
EDIT: they lost the package. Knew since Friday but lied and didn't tell me. Absolutely horrendous service. Bunch of lying wankers.
