Does UPS offer Sunday delivery in Canada?
What are the costs associated with UPS Sunday delivery?
I bought a headphone in Sennheiser Canada but I didn't know that they ship the items from US to CANADA. I would like to know how long does it usually take from US to CANADA via UPS Standard. Also I keep seeing that people are getting fees. I'm not sure if it's still the same applies? Is it the standard?
Apparently for residential delivery, it can be as late as 9 (but there isn't any set time). I waited all day for my watch to arrive, but finally had to leave at 8pm to get dinner. While I was eating, UPS had stopped by my house at 8:07pm! Ugh.
I was able to pick up the watch from the UPS facility the next morning, but I was dying to play with it on my day off. Now I'm at work and am busy as hell. Its sitting, in its brown box, on my desk.

I had such a frustrating experience with UPS getting my watch to me. They had it listed as out for delivery all day Friday from 10:26am that morning and around 10 that night is was marked as having been returned to the facility, they never even attempted. I called to try to get them to deliver on Saturday or let me pick it up, but they said they couldn't. So Monday they tried again, I left to workout and the other person in my house left for 15 minutes to get groceries. UPS came during that time. She passed them driving down the street to home and they saw her, but ignored her attempts to flag them down. I ended up having to go meet with the UPS driver at a gas station after calling the UPS 800 number and being hung up on once. Worst experience I've ever had with UPS, I feel your pain.
Personally whenever I have a important package coming, I'll call the shipping center closest to me and have them hold it for pickup rather than letting it get on a truck for delivery.

I purchased a replica prop from a seller out in Calgary a month ago. When shipped to Halifax, it took a total of 3 days via Purolator. I had to send it back to him to have something fixed on it. Now he's shipping it back using UPS, and apparently for the same price and comparable level of service, it's going to take 2 weeks to ship my prop back to me.
Is UPS having a shipping crisis right now? I've had Canada Post ship expedited from British Columbia to Halifax in less than five days. So I am wondering why UPS is estimating that this delivery will take more than twice the time Canada Post is estimating?
