I recently moved to Den Haag, Netherlands and sent all of my clothes and some of my things in one package from Italy.
It was supposed to arrive three weeks ago. But they keep delaying the deliveries or telling me they have attempted them but I wasn’t there (huge lie I was always home on the days I was supposed to get them delivered).
I called the service desk basically everyday and keep getting the same answer, that the package will come in a certain day and time and that they will escalate the call to another department or to their manager that should call me back but that also never happens.
I can see that the package supposedly has arrived in Rotterdam, and the only center there is the Schiedam one. Unfortunately, the only number available to call for that centre is the same one I have been calling for the past three weeks (with the last agent I talked to that told me they couldn’t connect me to that facility when apparently they work there).
If anyone has any advice on how to proceed or works there and can get me a direct contact I would owe you literally the start to my new life here.
UPDATE: still nothing. Please help 😭
