Was trying to ship a 40 lb package all the way across the US and UPS ground was quoting me at $109. I was online and saw there was something called Simple Rate, clicked that, and everything is the same - weight, size, address shipped to, yet now it cost me $29.20 to ship??? This is even cheaper than media mail and I skip the 1 hour wait at the post office.
Is there a catch to this? I'm saving $80 for the same thing, why is it so much cheaper? Do I really just print the label out, slap it on my box, and just drop it off at a UPS store? That's it? Idk I'm just mind blown cause at first I was in shock at how expensive UPS was, and now at how much this option saves me.
