So that 833-480-0064 number for the ups job employment center, I called them because when I tried to apply for a previous package handler position, I never finished it because the time frame was going to interfere with my current work schedule. But now I see a twilight position opening and I tried to apply but every time I do it just gives me a message saying UPS has retained the information I previously supplied.

But back to the topic, when I called that number, and I’m not racist or trying to sound like it but it’s literally all Indians who can’t even speak English well. The lady who picked up literally had me repeat the same crap over and over. Then she had the audacity to tell me the job position I was trying to apply for isn’t available and that’s why I got the message. BULLSH*T because I made a new account and I was able to apply.

I’m just ranting but come on, if I never made a new account I wouldn’t even be able to apply for the position. UPS needs to hire some people who actually speak and understand English well.
