February 26, 2026 - Then I go into the map on our DIAD and report the wrong address location through there to our dispatcher. Since Google Maps has yours wrong, the driver wouldn’t be able to get there, so the only thing I can think of is getting it corrected by them. Usually if a driver tries to deliver and can’t find an address, they will mark it ups as “No Such #” and then the night clerks will straighten it out and find out where the location is and update it in the system.

For whatever reason they always have a problem delivering to my address, telling me its incorrect.

I use the same exact address and USPS and FedEx never have a problem.

Google maps, Apple Maps, and Bing maps all show my exact location when entering what I submit to them. UPS on the other hand always tries to delivery to an address that is similar but right by their distribution center for some reason.

I would be willing to be it’s and in house program. Add in your delivery instructions that the address is wrong.

aw man there’s so many possible issues that are the cause. too much info tbh, have you tried to contact the delivery center ?

We have had trouble getting any packages delivered to our home. We just moved into a new neighborhood. Google Maps has our street/address and everyone else has been able to find our house including furniture deliveries/amazon/fedex ect. UPS looks like they use TomTom Maps and they have not updated for this part of the street- which has existed for over a year now with a few residents already before us. For every UPS delivery, they keep saying they cannot find this row of houses on this street. They then automatically "correct" the address to another street number and then we have to go out looking for our packages from other houses. Any idea on what to do? I signed up for mychoice and will have them diverted to a UPS pick up point but it's a little absurd they use outdated TomTom maps.

They use their own nav called Orion. It's not Tom Tom but your street very much may not be on there.

Fedex GPS, Google maps GPS, and Amazon gps all have problems with new neighborhoods as well, you just got lucky. If you buy in a brand new/ half finished neighborhood, you are probably going to have problems with 1 or all delivery services finding your house. That's just a fact of life, I don't get why people get so mad about it. If you have a regular driver in your area, once they figure out where your house is you shouldn't have problems anymore until someone covers their route for them.

Do UPS drivers have some sort of special navigation? My house isn't on any public navigation maps yet as this house is brand new and the address it takes you to when you input my address is down the road and not the correct house. Will I get my package or what's going to happen? I'm trying to add delivery instructions to help but there seems to be no such thing with UPS. I can add a gate code or where I want the package dropped but I can't type instructions.

I did order through Amazon and I have instructions in the delivery notes there, can UPS drivers see Amazon delivery instructions?

No they can't see them and there is no special navigation system they use, if you are close to a UPS customer counter ,not a UPS store, and go there to let them know that you have a address that is new construction and they can contact the dispatch people to put it in the system. All your stuff get stopped at the delivery center because our system won't recognize the new street

Went to choose a stop as usual and the map started glowing. Then I noticed numbers. When you choose a number it highlights a different part of the property. Like levels I guess. Don’t know how that helps but I’m just thinking how are we getting updates, and my fellow brothers and sisters are getting theirs taken away.
