I ordered a label from UPS to ship a package that I declared with a value of $1800. I received a prompt about some kind of high value form that I had to print out, but I don't remember the content of the popup. When I got to my local UPS store, they told me that they could not accept my package without this form, so I went home and called support. Support told me that my local UPS store would help me and hung up on me and refused to provide the form or explain why the previous store wasn't able to help me. This has never happened before since I am always nice to customer support. I cannot afford another label and the shipment is time-sensitive. What should I do? I'm considering writing an angry rant on Twitter to see if someone will just give me the form.

It should have been an attachment with the label.... unless you used a shipping system to declare the value....in which it would have printed out with your label. You may have to actually print a new shipping label with actual value declared..... More info....how did you "order a label".......? Lol "I'll take 1 please....".....
