Typically, however, I would fill a balikbayan box full with items (certain food items other than rice are inexpensive in the U.S., but expensive or unobtainable in the Philippines) and thus one can fill a balikbayan box with mostly inexpensive items and the expensive item (a laptop, for instance) happens to be among them :-) That said, balikbayan boxes are shipped by ship - think 5 weeks, not 2 days. i have worked with people who say it’s not necessary to include 3 forms for typical ups international invoice who only include one no matter what.
what are the consequences of this? is 3 forms really necessary? just trying to increase my own knowledge.

hi everyone i hope this isn’t a stupid question but i have to ship some documents internationally and im planning on using ups worldwide saver but do i have to use a UPS envelope?? or can i just put them in a regular flat envelope? also is it okay just to put them in a ups drop box ? :/ sorry ive never shipped internationally so just wanting some help or advice <3

It doesn't have to be a UPS envelope. Just make sure you're using a hard cardboard like envelope like the UPS envelopes are not a paper envelope because it'll rip. Make sure you put in the proper dimensions when you make the label. Yes you can put it in a Dropbox.
