How do I track my UPS package?
You can track a UPS package by entering the tracking number on Ship24, UPS.com, the UPS app, or UPS My Choice. Each option can show the latest shipment status, recent scans, estimated delivery date, and delivery details when UPS has received package information.

If UPS left a delivery notice after a failed attempt, you can use the InfoNotice number to check the package and review pickup or redelivery options.
Hey all,
A few days ago I sold an item internationally on ebay and used UPS. Long story short the customer sent me back images of what looks like my package heavily dented and destroyed.
Obviously since it was international I made sure to add extra padding and bubble wrap. Seeing the images made my heart sink and it looked like I really messed up and didn't properly package the item.
But the questions started entering my mind when I checked the package tracking. According to UPS the package has yet to arrive or been signed for.
Now I'm wondering if the pictures I was sent were of a different damaged item.
My question is how accurate is the tracking on UPS international? I feel like it's usually pretty accurate and is saying the delivery will happen on Mon Sept 3rd - 4 days from now
