There is intentionally no way to get a label from just a tracking number, for privacy/fraud reasons. As the other poster said, you'll have to ask the shipper for the label if you want it. More on reddit.com

Cool post, but many stores refuse to take USPS packages due to A. USPS losing them / lack of tracking and B. Not being compensated for the trouble of it / having space for them. If you download and print for them this time, they will bring in their pre-labeled package next time... You won't be able to pick and choose without conflict. Personally, going after a label printing fee isn't worth inviting usps packages into the store. More on reddit.com

Sorry, I have used it for both Poshmark and mercari. My husband was also able to use it for an eBay order. On the main screen on the kiosk there are a few options and then one that says other services. If you click other services, it will say label broker and at my location it had new next to it in bright red text. Then a little red light comes out of where you're supposed to scan the QR code and it has the option to type it in if you can't get it to scan. After that it just prints pretty cool More on reddit.com

If you get people coming in with a USPS code, you are actually able to print out the label for them by typing their zip code and the 8 digits under the code into the USPS label broker website. It will download the label and you can print it out like a normal file. Doesn't take long at all, you can also just charge your normal print fee, and the customer doesn't have to drive to the post office. I have it bookmarked on all the computers, you don't even have to go to your print/email one!

Thats too much work for not even getting paid to take them Even with UPS Drop Offs, if I spend more than a couple minutes on it, the store has lost money in just my wages. Getting too caught up with drop offs is a really fast way to hate this job.

As someone running a manual office, I will occasionally have a customer show up with a QR code for label broker. I know this is done with RSS, but is there any way to print the label internally at a manual office by using the code at the bottom? Someone claimed this could be done but I'm doubtful because the program even states that it has to be a "participating office".
So is there a way to do this in order to keep from having to send someone to an apo?

On Saturday afternoon around 4pm I was dropping packages off at my local post office. The line was really long so I started playing around on the self service kiosk. To my surprise they had a new 'label broker' feature. It allowed me to scan my QR code and proceeded to print the corresponding 4x6 label. It asked whether I wanted tracking printed or emailed. I slapped the tag on and dropped it into a dropbox. All of this took less than a minute. Around 1030pm that same Saturday night I got the email from Poshmark thanking me for shipping as tracking had updated.
I hate waiting in line and love a good kiosk so this was super exciting for me 😂 anyone else have any experiebxe, good or bad, with them?

I don't like using the kiosk even for prepaid labels. I dropped off a package once and it didn't scan in for almost 3 days, until it got to the destination PO. I just wait in line and hand them to a clerk now.

How do you provide pre-paud shipping labels to your customers for returns?
I was hoping to use a QR code that the customer could scan and print out a shipping label for themselves. I've only been able to find the USPS Label Broker as a solution but Ive been wasting time on their site and cannot figure out how to actually get started with that. Wondering if anyone has any other solutions for something like this.
