My package has been delayed in transit for a couple days now. It originally has a delivery day, but seems to be stuck. I understand with the holiday rush and the pandemic, this is in the realm of expectations but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It is also an international shipment.

Okay so I’m asking this question because I don’t know if I should be concerned about my package. I placed my order about one week ago on 21st of February and it was supposed to arrive on the 29th. The 29th comes along and as I’m patiently expecting my package I get an email saying it was delayed until March 6th. I’m confused so I decide to go check the tracking finally since I hadn’t up until this point.
Turns out tracking didn’t start updating until the 28th, which means my order sat for an entire week without no movement whatsoever. Apart from my annoyance, I decide to wait once again until March 6th intently watching the tracking for my package.
It’s already March 4th and there hasn’t been a SINGLE update since the 29th where it supposedly says it’s “On the way.”
My question is, is this a normal occurrence and should be concerned? I don’t want the same thing to happen on the 6th and my package is delayed once again for seemingly no reason. What’s frustrating is this is an expensive purchase of over $1k and I have always been skeptical of buying expensive items online out of fear for something going wrong during delivery. Seems my fears were well placed so far.

I’m genuinely concerned for the status of my packages that I ordered on Feb 8th. It originally said that it was going arrive on the 13th, but then a “delay in transit” happened and the estimated delivery date changed to the 17th and it hasn’t arrived. I checked the tracking status and it still says “Label Created”
It’s been like this for a while and I even signed up to have UPS message me whenever the status changed. I tried calling customer services, but all I got was a phone call with an AI bot “guiding” me through the process I already went through twice. I messaged the seller and they said “probably lost of it they didn't scanned it after dropping off in their bin.... refunded order.”
I checked Reddit to see if anyone else had the same problem and it seems that it’s very common, but none of them have received their package or demanded a full refund. I would ask for an official refund, but bro I’ve been wanting this figure since forever now and was super excited to get it. I don’t mind waiting since I have another package arriving in April, but I feel like the package is lost and I’m at a dead end. If anyone could offer some help, it would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Not even ten minutes ago, the seller just refunded me bro. Now I’m probably not getting my package after a whole week of waiting. It may seem unreasonable for me to be acting like this, but dude 😕
UPDATE: I’m just gonna buy my figure off eBay instead and it’s a hell of a lot cheaper with a nicer seller.
