I took them against a white wall at home with my phone and printed them somewhere like CVS or Target. Just follow the photo taking requirements on the passport website and then photoshop the photo to crop and print the right size. I think it's 2×2 right? So format it to print 6 squares on a 4×6. It'll cost like $0.40 to print one 4×6. Mine was approved no problem. And now I have extras to use for visas that require it. More on reddit.com
