My package was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days and it's been 12 days now...It's a $1,800 computer and I've been anxiously waiting for it. They also apparently accidentally forgot to cover the label with the new label so it got shipped back to original location if came from which pushed i the delivery sage back even more. I'm trying to be understanding because of covid and the holidays but 2-3 days vs almost 2 weeks is a huge difference. I'm not mad or anything, I'm actually super grateful for UPS and the delivery people :) I'm just really wanting my computer lol. So I saw it is finally at a facility that's only 10 minutes away from me, is it possible to go pick it up from the facility instead of waiting 5 more days? Thank you guys for all your help on here :)

Yes it is but with the holiday you might not be able to until Monday. I’d call now and ask.

If is inside of a trailer you won't be able to pick up until they remove it. You can request using the ups app and using their login system. However, that depends on the sender restrictions too

Probably a dumb question but can I pick up my package at the distribution center? I missed my delivery yesterday since I wasn’t home. I signed up for sms updates so I wouldn’t have to just sit at home all day and wait but never received any. I tried signing up for My Choice but it won’t let me. The distribution center is only 10 minutes down the road, am I able to just go get it? It’s not the end of the world to have to wait until after work tomorrow to pick it up at the UPS store, but was curious if this was even an option.

Not aware of any centers that have customer counters open on Sundays so you'd have to wait until tomorrow. The question then becomes are their open hours better for you than the UPS Stores hours and will your package be caught and moved from the current delivery plan to the customer counter without an additional delay? Unless the Customer Counter has earlier hours that fit your work schedule better I'd let it go to the UPS Store.

Most hubs have a customer service center. You'd have to login to your UPS Mychoice app and select your hub. Typically there is no charge for this. Source: UPS employee for 13+ years and i do this everytime im expecting a package, rather than let it sit on my front porch all day.
