What is needed to track my shipment?
It's past the expected delivery date. Why hasn't the shipment been delivered?
Why hasn't my shipment progress been updated?
Hello!
All of our company's store locations today got the same notice from their UPS drivers: no more picking up UPS Standard packages. A driver told one of the store managers that "their system is flooded since the CP strike. If they can't deliver it in 3 days (standard), it's free. So they're refusing pickups."
Has anyone encountered the same issue today? We're getting in touch with our account manager now...
So I tried to call ups Canada 10 times and it just hang up right after I dial the number. The number is 1 (800) 742-5877. Maybe you guys can try and tell me if you have the same problem. Edit: so I was able to talk to someone and they told me my package is not wnywhere nearby and it was supposed to come friday guess im waiting another week ****
Well it went to day 4 of not getting standard service level packages pickup at my place of work so called UPS customer service.
Rep tells me they are not sending drivers for pickup of those packages (Domestic and International) until further notice due to Canada Post strike.
Expedited levels or higher, basically the same service level for double the price.
If this continues, should UPS give priority to repeat customers, or the system keeps breaking?
Not an employee. I work for Canada Post and we're on strike right now (I'm sure you've heard. It's gone global).
I heard a rumour that UPS Canada is limiting the number of items for pickup to 50 per vendor. How true is this.
