I don't have a printer. Will ups bring labels and put them on the packages for me?

Hi all, I am returning a product on Amazon and the only option is UPS Label Free Pickup.
It says you don't need a printer as the UPS driver will stick the return label on the outside of the package when they arrive to pick it up (see here).
But then on the return instructions page it still shows that I need to print the Return Authorisation Label and place it inside the package before taping it up (see here).
So I am confused now as to whether I need to print this return authorisation label or not? It seems like I would need to print this or else Amazon has no way of confirming my return? But then why does it say 'no printer required'?

I'm planning to use UPS residential pickup for a lot of boxes but I don't have any printer at home. Can I create shipment online and go to UPS Store (not Authorized Store) to have the prepaid label printed out? Will I be charged for it?
I’m sending a parcel internationally with UPS. Usually i have royal mail print it for me, but UPS offer no such service even with a collection.
I actually have no idea how to solve this issue conveniently. None of my immediate family have printers either
Returning two un-boxed pelican cases from a client in HI to our offices in NY. (on-call, not call-tag)
Client has informed us that his printer has died while printing the labels, and may not be able to get it fixed in time for the scheduled pickup.
He has asked that we overnight him a print-out of the labels to complete the return....
Will UPS accept the two pelican cases without printed labels? Assuming we ask the client to leave them at his front door with a post-it or other handwritten note?
Any other suggestions? Is overnighting the label the only option?
Amazon didnt give me the qr code to scan at ups and my printer is broken. I don't have access to printer.
