I have been going through a particularly nightmarish purchase/replacement/return process with Bed Bath & Beyond and I have been spending so much time on it and stressing over it that my mother was nice enough to call BB&B for me and arrange a UPS pickup for the return. She got a tracking number but no PRN. UPS said I would have to get the PRN from BB&B. BB&B said they don't have it. The tracking info gives me an "estimated delivery date." Does this mean when they are coming to pick up the package? I have zero clue when they are coming to pick up this package.

I scheduled a pickup from UPS that is suppose to be happening tomorrow, but I want to cancel this. When I scheduled the pickup I wasn't logged in and wasn't emailed/contacted with a Pickup request number. All their contacts are closed, how am I supposed to contact them?

I am having a nightmare with UPS! I booked a collection for today. I was quoted £14.39 but Paypal opened multiple screens and got really confusing (and this is coming from someone that makes paypal payments almost daily) and I ended up paying £20.39.
I'm disputing that separately but now my issue is that all I have is an email with the label. I have no PRN and no way to talk to anybody as their phone service always disconnects me after it repeats what the online tracking says. The label has instructions but step 3, presumably where collection info should go, is blank!
I am the receiver but I booked for the sender so it's my details for both sender and receiver. I made an account after placing the order so the order doesn't appear in my account.
Absolutely at a loss for what to do as I can't speak to a human being so have no way to know what needs to happen next with my parcel.
