Update: its now 12:28 friday and package still hasnt been delivered. Smdh.
My friend ships me packages all the time (we live 3 hours from eachother in the same state and i am near a major hub) normally we can do ground shipping and it comes the next day. This week i had an urgent package being sent and ive had issues the last few months with 8/10 deliveries so i paid for next day noon air delivery. It was dropped off at ups before the cutoff time. Yet it didnt leave the store until last night. Made it to the major hub in my city around 1:20am and i got an alert at 8am saying its delayed. Since its in my city would they let me pick it up today? Otherwise it wont come until friday. This is wildly unacceptable to me. In recent months ive had to pick up at access points, got packages delivered to the wrong place, and multiple delays but nothing like this.

Gotta thank Carol Tome and AI but today is limited operations. Also there are no longer any options to PU from a UPS facility also Carol Tome decision to stop that courtesy

Ever since the plane crash UPS has been a shit show. 3 out of 4 shipments in the past 2-3 weeks i had sent either NDA or NDA 2 day were a day late.
