Hi so I work at a store that seconds as an ups drop off access point and we are unable to package anything or take QR codes, as our scanners won’t scan them. Instead I tell dozens of people daily that they can go an actual ups store and they can package and scan and print the labels etc. I just want to make sure this is accurate info? The nearest ups store is about 20 mins away and I’d feel bad if I’m misinforming or making any ups workers jobs harder too. Do they have to pay to have the label printed and/or to have it packaged? Thank you, any info I can share with future ppl helps!!

Recently I noticed it asks you to chose a UPS drop off location before you get a code. It's been a few days and I can't remember what location I chose. I have 3 that I use but theyre all in different directions and none a actually close to me. Just want to know if it matters or if I can change the store before I make the drive.
