A mobile drop off code? Yeah if the item is already packaged and sealed up tightly all you have to do is show the code and that causes them to print the label when they accept it right there at the register. More on reddit.com

I dropped off my amazon return on 12/28. It's now 1/11 and there is still no movement on the UPS tracking and Amazon has not received the item. My dumb self also threw away the drop off receipt. I know the exact time that I dropped it off (uber receipt). Will the store be able to reprint based on the date and time that I dropped off the item or would they push back and say no? I really want this return to go through because it's an expensive item
has anyone had luck with ups reprint of drop off receipt?
edit: got my refund in the end but UPS was no help. amazon updated on their end and shows that my return is on its way. phew

i’m having the exact same issue. i’ve never had a problem before and i’ve always gotten my refund as soon as UPS scanned the QR code up until now. not sure what to do.

Hi! This is ridiculous, but I’ve never shipped my own packages (from myself to a buyer), and I’m just needing some extra info before I make a fool of myself in my UPS Store. I’ve already packaged and paid for a label through the app, which gave me a QR code (I don’t have access to a printer, so a QR code is my option) to print my label. Does that mean that when I get there, all I have to do is wait in line and show them my QR code screenshot, then jet? I’m super socially anxious and don’t want to waste anyone’s time behind me or look like a clown because I have no idea what they need from me lol. 😅

Even after many mails and phone calls UPS always just sends me a link to their page (seen in the picture) and I can't seem to access the QR code for pick up there.
Am I dumb or is UPs incompetent?

So we take packages for UPS; usually customers have a full label on the box I can scan in. Sometimes, they just have a QR code. We’ve been sending people to the actual UPS Store with those. Is there anything we can do with it? If we print it and put it on the box, can we take it? When I scanned one with my phone camera it just showed an address, so I would think if it’s on the box we ought to be able to take it but I don’t want to unless I know for sure.
