Can I file a claim for not delivering on time?
The shipper can file for a refund if UPS doesn’t meet a time guarantee, I’m not sure if second day is included in that at the moment. For you to be refunded shipping cost it would have to come from whoever you ordered from. More on reddit.com

I was at a conference about 5 hrs from home and realized I left my wallet at home. My husband went to the UPS store (franchise) and paid for overnight 10am delivery. I see on day 2 at the conference(delivery day!) was delayed in the same town I was in.

I get up on day 3 and realize that it’s not on a truck by 9- I’m leaving at 1. It’s not gonna make it. I call customer service and just ask them to return to sender. They confirm it’s updated and I’m good.

While I’m on my way home I get a notification that it was delivered at the conference location. I had to have them FedEx it back to me overnight.

Is there any way I can get a refund? I’ve called the store and they refuse to answer me. I’ve stopped by multiple times and “a manager that isn’t here will call you.”
