It doesn’t get better. We tried reaching out to our account manager with no call backs for 8 months. It took the ladies in the customer service center where we dropped off our packages and speaking to one of the night managers to get a call back. The pricing they gave is was twice the cost of what we were getting from Stamps.com “because you need to ship more”. As the folks in the customer service center can attest to, we were dropping off 1000 packages a day during our busy seasons (5 times a year). They finally got us set up to have daily pickups, but the pickups were at our house, not our warehouse, despite our online account showing pickups at our warehouse. More on reddit.com

Shipstation, pirate ship, etc. You won't get better pricing and can choose your carrier based on pricing. Bigger boxes are always cheaper for ups. Small packages change cheapest based on where they are going. More on reddit.com

so i ship a lot of products frequently, and after a boom in my interactions online there’s a bunch of my larger products needing to be shipped. WELL- another business holder suggested setting up a UPS small business account for discounts and getting an account manager.
i go online, put allll my details in, and call the next day to get an account manager and make sure i did everything right. they ask “ok! can we have your account number?” after having three frickin’ people in my house help me look for the number, it just isn’t there- not in the website, emails, nothin’. and i KNOW it’s the business account, because it gives me the option to ship as a business.

For my small business I just use goshippo, not sure if they have a cap on how large/how much product you got to ship but yea.
