A UPS box you can typically write the physical address and a box number (ex 123 Main street Box 47) and they will accept packages from USPS, UPS and Fedex. A USPS PO Box will ONLY accept USPS Mail. You can't deliver UPS or FedEx Packages to a PO Box because it isn't mail. USPS boxes are a lot cheaper, especially if you go to a smaller post office. You can get rates here https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm . We ship most of our products USPS and therefore use a PO box as our return address for any returned packages. Vendors and suppliers we used to give our home address (former home based business), but now we give our office location, but still use our PO box as the return address for shipments.
