Installation stalled, after 45min of waiting I canceled and restarted PC. Now, it fails at step 7, on SQL Express 2014. I’ve gave google a run for its money. I delete install folders and also folder in Users\Public, and also the program data.

Revo can’t see the program so I can’t nuke it. Help.

I work at a company using UPS Worldship. We currently have a 2016 standalone install on a Windows 7. We haven't been able to upgrade because the shipping department wants a second user to have a slave install when we upgrade, so we'd have to change him over to a master install and add a slave install without losing any data. The sysadmin who set this up has left and the remainder of the IT team has no idea what to do. We have found absolutely no help regarding transferring over the data to a different install type. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My boss is insisting that there is a better way to setup worldship. Currently we have a work station as the “Worldship Server” and the remote endpoints as the shipping stations. Every Monday and Tuesday we must rdp to that sever and update worldship and then auto elevate approves the updates for the remotes. My boss wants it to be a hands off automatic process for updates, he won’t listen to me that there is no other way and a hands off approach is impossible. Ups even confirmed this.

The question is how does an enterprise level company properly setup an ups worldship network install? Basically what’s the way it should be done.
