I personally will never do business with WWEX after the interaction I had with their overly agressive sales rep. These people are the worst! The sales rep kept saying, "I'm here to help you," but calling multiple times a day during an extremely busy production week is the opposite of helpful. I had already told him I didn’t have time to deal with this, yet he kept pushing. Even after I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in their services and didn’t want or need a sales rep, he still showed up at my office uninvited. I will never do business with Worldwide Express. There’s something really off about these aggressive sales tactics.

I am investigating these people right now; I don't know how legitimate this is. They ask you for your UPS bills and the billing will be through WWEX. WWEX is Unishippers it's the same company which is a reseller of shipping services, not the actual carrier. I've had UPS for ten years and not always had a rep and you get a call from a rep when you reduce or increase your shipping, otherwise if you're spending less than 500 a week you probably won't have an easy to reach rep anyways. They got my account number wrong and the email about my account being transitioned came from WWEX domain but the colors were meant to impersonate UPS. The reps expressed too much interest in getting my information but knew nothing about our existing relationship with UPS. My daily driver has never heard of them and knows nothing about this. If this is legitimate, it makes me want to go to fedex now because it is so disrespectful to ship off your customers to a reseller of your service. It's like you're too small to bother check in with you once a year. Seriously, if you can't handle that then automate it .. why ship the account to a reseller and then make LESS profit because Unishippers will pay the bill instead of the shipper?? It's odd, the whole thing is odd. I will update when I learn more.
