I factory reset my ps5 and when I need to connect my controller it’s just not working and I’ve pressed the little button in the controller I’ve turned the PlayStation on and off and nothing working
Ii'm trying to charge my dualsense with the usb port at front of my ps5 while playing a game. However, it is not charging it properly... it stays at 1 bar even though its plugged in to the ps5 front port for 3 hours...
It's happening to a lot of us. Try using a back port for now. There are numerous threads here about it.
The ps5 is kinky, try sticking it in the back port, I did this and the front port started working again. For an almost $900 system, it sure does have a lot of technical issues.
My PS5 controller will not charge no matter the circumstances and I can't figure out whats causing it. The front port of the console wont charge, same thing as the back port. I thought it was the charger itself so I went to bestbuy and bought a USB-C charger. Plugged it in today let it "charge" for 2 hours I unplugged and my controller was instantly dead. Tried the back port as well with it and its the same thing. Im not sure if the ports on my console are faulty, or its the controller itself, im not sure. I can still play the game while its "charging" but as soon as I unplug it it dies. Anything?
Hello everyone. I'm just unable to get my PS5 controller to work on my PC. Out of frustration, I even formatted my PC today and started fresh...
The problem is, the controller isn't even recognized in Windows at all! I'm really at my wit's end.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Used different USB-A to USB-C cables.
Tried different USB ports on the PC.
Tried using Steam (+Big Picture).
Used DS4Windows (including enabling DualSense there).
Updated drivers.
Connected the USB to the controller while it was blinking.
Connected the USB to the controller after it finished blinking.
Performed a hard reset on the controller.
Restarted the PC multiple times.
Bought DSX on Steam, lol!
I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO :-( :-( :-(
Please, help me somehow.
Just noticed today that my ps5 didn’t charge my controller, tried my iPhone too but it also didn’t work. a minute later when there’s nothing plugged in it gave me a notification ‘too many usb devices’ which i’ve never seen before. i have the regular usb filled with the dualsense headset receiver and in the back my old ps4 external drive but never experienced this issue before. after i got those notifications i tried plugging in my phone which said charging for a split second then stopped. anyone know potential causes of the issue and ways to fix it?
