You can easily use Anker's 65w adapter, which doesn't really require a special cable. 65w is plenty. USB Power Delivery doesn't stop attempting to charge the laptop though, so if you're using this as your main charger, you're probably doing it wrong. I've got the main charger at my desk, but I frequently use the G15 for work on the road. I'm pretty much only plugging it in when it gets below 50% charge, and I'm unplugging once it gets back to 80%. Don't keep it plugged in all night.

To go above 20~ watts, you need a “rated cable.” By “rated” I mean the cable should be rated to do X watts. Now if you don’t use a rated cable, is it honing to cause problems? Both yes and no, a quality cable from a reputable brand should be fine-ish. It will get warm. But bad quality cable isn’t as reliable. It can get hot and failed.
