Depends on the devices you're using. On the power provider side, on a dedicated charger the USB-A ports typically top out at 15W while USB-C ports may support over 100W. A data port, like on a computer, might only support 4.5W regardless. Maybe a little more. These would all be compliant with the USB spec.
