Recently moved into a new apartment and thought I was lucky to be close to goodwill for some cheap furniture. Turns out they’re running a straight up scam, $220 for a used, chipped coffee table. They sell their lamp shades separate from the bases for like $20+ individually, how can they take advantage of poor people so obviously? Anyways rant over, where can I find some cheap used furniture. I’ve been looking on Facebook and Craigslist but struggle with the logistics of working around schedules. Mahalo

Hi

We are moving to Oahu in the beginning of June and basically coming just with our luggage.

Since it will take some time to get a feel for what furniture we really want and need we are looking to buy used furniture to start with just to get by while we figure things out.

Where do people normally advertise things like this? Craigslist? Facebook marketplace? Anywhere else we should be looking?
